Pre-Access Listing Packs: Investors Need Proof That Paid Trading Advantages Were Delivered

BlockDAG's current support page contains a section for people who purchased “Pre-Access Listing Packs.”

It names three products: Launch Essentials, Elite Trader Pack and Genesis Max Pack.

The page says a buyer's wallet would be automatically whitelisted for trading access according to the allocation time of the purchase. It gives examples of three-hour, six-hour and nine-hour trading unlock windows once trading becomes active.

That is a paid advantage tied directly to market access.

Investors need to know whether it was delivered exactly as sold.

Early trading access can have real financial value. In a volatile launch, being able to trade hours before someone else may materially affect the price available to a buyer or seller.

That makes the terms important.

What did each pack cost?

What precise trading-access advantage was promised?

Which exchange or market was covered?

When did the access clock begin?

Did every eligible wallet receive its whitelist status?

Could buyers actually trade during their assigned window?

Were there technical failures?

Were refunds offered if the advantage could not be delivered?

BlockDAG should publish the fulfillment record.

This is particularly important because the project's exchange timeline has changed repeatedly. The support page itself still lists a sequence of March and April exchange dates, including March 5 trading, March 10 futures expansion, March 20 additional exchanges, March 24 DEX launches, March 28 more exchanges, April 5 further expansion and an April 20 Super Application.

If a paid listing pack depended on “once trading is active,” then the definition of trading activation matters.

Was it the first spot market?

A futures market?

A BlockDAG-controlled venue?

A third-party exchange?

The buyer should not have to guess after paying.

BlockDAG can provide evidence without exposing private customer information.

Publish how many packs of each type were sold.

Publish the promised access windows.

Publish the activation event used for each pack.

Publish the number successfully whitelisted.

Publish complaints and refunds in aggregate.

That is how a company demonstrates that a paid privilege was actually provided.

Customers should preserve their own evidence too.

Save the product description from the date of purchase.

Save the receipt.

Save the wallet-whitelisting confirmation.

Save screenshots showing whether trading was available during the promised period.

If it was delivered, record that.

If it was not, ask BlockDAG for the remedy specified in the agreement.

This is another example of why the investigation must stay focused on concrete obligations.

A person paid for something specific.

Did they receive it?

That question does not require speculation about the entire project.

And it cannot be answered by pointing to future ecosystem growth.

BlockDAG has sold tokens, miners and access-related products over a long campaign.

Every paid product deserves its own fulfillment accounting.

If the Pre-Access Listing Packs worked exactly as advertised, BlockDAG should be able to prove it easily.

If they did not, affected buyers deserve an explanation and whatever remedy their terms provide.

A paid head start is not merely marketing.

It is a product.

Deliver it as sold.

Investors should insist that the answer be documented in writing and tied to the exact terms and dates that applied when they acted. That record protects everyone from later confusion and makes accountability possible.
